Successful Project: Supplying Boltless Rivet Racks to a Client in Bahrain

The boltless rivet rack is a type of lightweight storage solution, each layer capable of bearing approximately 150-200 kg, with a total weight capacity of about 1 ton per bay. 

Featuring Section Panel Racks to optimize space, these racks help improve organization and increase storage capacity. They are durable, customizable, and cost-effective, making them a versatile solution for efficient and accessible storage.

Client Inquiry and Communication

In April, we received an inquiry from a client in Bahrain who needed metal racks for storage. During our initial communication, it became clear that the client was not well-versed in storage rack specifications. Initially, he requested medium-duty longspan shelving. 

We provided an offer, but he found the price to be higher than his target budget. Consequently, we recommended our light-duty boltless racks, which he ultimately accepted after discussing the racking dimensions and weight capacity.

Production and Shipment

After confirming the Proforma Invoice, the client made the payment in the first week of May. We promptly began preparing the materials and initiated mass production. 

By the end of May, we had completed production and loaded the container on May 31st. The shipment was on board by June 7th, and the client received the container at the end of July.
