Because the three-way forklift does not need to turn in the shelf passage, the forklift fork can rotate 180 degrees to access goods. Compared with the forklift transportation passage, the forklift transportation passage is relatively narrow, so it is named narrow Aisle shelves or narrow aisle shelves.
The prominent characteristic of narrow aisle shelf is a word of "narrow". The aisle of shelf is about 1600mm-2000mm, which greatly improves the space application rate of warehouse. In this time of "land and gold", improving the storage capacity means saving land. Narrow aisle shelf is liked by many enterprises' warehouses.
Secondly, there are about 200 mm high guide rails behind the narrow lane rack device (the guide rails can be done well in civil engineering, or can be manufactured according to the application requirements when the rack is customized) as the guide rails of the forklift to reduce the operation requirements of the forklift driver. The requirements of the narrow lane rack for the forklift driver are lower than those of the through rack.
Narrow roadway pallet racking characteristics:
1. The quantity of goods stored is large, the goods in and out are frequent, and there are high requirements for goods selection;
2. The storage and logistics center urgently needs to increase the number of storage locations or request a certain amount of storage;
3. The frequency of goods in and out is requested to a higher degree.
4. The available net height of the warehouse is higher than 8m, because the cost of three-way forklift is higher than that of ordinary forklift, otherwise the budget increases, and the warehouse capacity fails to meet the expected requirements;
5. The forklift can choose the independent storage forklift, and it is not planned to use the storage forklift to drive out of the room to perform other tasks.
