Specifications & Load Capacity

Each shelving unit was designed with dimensions of L900 × W440 × H1800 mm, with a load capacity of 40 kg per layer, suitable for packaged goods, beverages, and daily retail products.

Structural Design

We used 30 × 60 × 1.2 mm uprights combined with T2.0 mm support brackets to ensure strong vertical support and long-term durability. The shelving panels were made from T0.5 mm steel, balancing cost efficiency with structural strength.

Wire Mesh Backing

The shelving system features wire mesh backing with a 20 × 20 mm frame, 2.8 mm wire thickness, and 50 × 50 mm mesh size. This design improves ventilation, enhances product visibility, and prevents items from falling.

Surface Treatment & Packaging

To meet Kazakhstan’s climate conditions, all shelving units were treated with anti-rust coating and finished with durable powder coating. Export-grade packaging ensured safe delivery and easy installation on-site.

Store Layout Optimization

We recommended a combination of double-sided gondola shelving for central aisles and single-sided wall shelving along the store perimeter. This layout maximizes product exposure while improving customer navigation and shopping efficiency.
