Successful Completion of Selective Pallet Rack Orders: A Testimony of Trust and Quality

Original Inquiry:


Our client expressed interest in ordering the following items:

●300 vertical frames H7500mm (instead of 8025mm if possible)
●1400 orange beams L3600mm (instead of L4000mm)
●22 wire mesh beams L3600mm

32 drive attack security (details below)


After several discussions and revisions, they confirmed the following order details. We entered the initial order into our system and received the down payment on February 24th, 2023. Subsequently, we commenced material preparation and initiated customized mass production. On April 3rd, 2023, we shipped the items.


Heavy Duty Pallet Racking L3600*D1000*H7500mm,with 2 beam levels,max weight       loading: 2000kg per beam level.  Steel Grade: Q235 Steel.   Surface Treatment: powder coated RAL5015 Blue and RAL2004 Orange.     (HS CODE: 7308900000, Country of origin: China.)

Second Order:


On May 31st, 2023, the client requested additional row spacers, totaling approximately 1m3. We shipped these out on June 16th, 2023.

Third Order:


On July 25th, 2023, the client placed another order for more vertical frames and crash barriers, totaling approximately 17m3. These items were shipped out on September 11th, 2023.

Completion and Installation:


The project was successfully completed and installed by the end of January 2024. Below are the finished photos of the project at the site.
