Supermarket Shelving Factory Visit by Chilean Client

This week, we were pleased to welcome a client from Chile to our supermarket shelving manufacturing facility in China. The purpose of the visit was to gain a clear understanding of our production capabilities, quality control system, and overall manufacturing process for supermarket shelving solutions.

Factory Tour: From Raw Material to Finished Shelving

The visit started on our main production floor, where the client was able to observe the full manufacturing workflow of our supermarket shelving systems.

He saw each key process in detail, including material forming, precision punching, welding, and laser cutting. Each stage is carried out with controlled accuracy to ensure stable product quality.

One highlight of the tour was our automated bending process for shelf boards, equipped with a rotating system to maintain consistent shaping results.

The client also observed:

• Automated welding lines for reinforcement bars
• Robotic arms handling and transferring shelf boards
• Back panel punching production process

These automated systems help us improve efficiency while maintaining consistent product standards for large-scale retail shelving projects.

Powder Coating & Surface Treatment Line

We then moved to our powder coating workshop, which features a fully integrated production line of nearly 300 meters.

The client paid close attention to the smooth production flow and consistent coating quality. Our in-house coating system allows us to control thickness, adhesion, and surface durability, which is essential for supermarket environments with frequent product loading and handling.

Automatic Packing & Finished Goods Warehouse

Next, we introduced our automated packing line, designed to improve packaging efficiency and reduce manual handling errors.

After that, we visited our finished goods warehouse, where completed supermarket shelving products are stored and prepared for shipment to global clients.

The visit concluded in our 1,000-square-meter showroom.

Here, the client explored a wide range of supermarket shelving systems, including different sizes, structures, and finishing options. This helped him better understand how our shelving solutions can be adapted to different retail store layouts and market requirements.
