Drive-in racking enables forklifts to load and remove pallets from the same entrance and drive directly into the racking structure along horizontal tracks. This makes it ideal for last-in, first-out (LIFO) inventory systems and bulk storage of uniform products. It is typically mounted against a wall, making it a great choice for facilities looking to save space and streamline storage processes.

Product Specifications

The Custom Drive-In Warehouse Racking System is built with high-strength cold-rolled steel and is available in either a powder-coated or hot-dip galvanized finish, ensuring long-lasting durability in demanding storage environments.

This system follows a LIFO (Last In, First Out) storage principle and supports both single-entry and double-entry configurations. It can be customized to store 2 to 10 pallets deep per lane, depending on your warehouse layout and inventory flow.

The structure includes adjustable horizontal pallet rails to suit various pallet sizes, commonly compatible with 1200mm x 1000mm standard pallets. Each pallet position can hold between 500 to 1500 kg, depending on design and load requirements.

Rack heights are fully customizable, generally ranging from 2 meters to over 10 meters, and bay widths are typically between 1350mm and 1500mm, based on pallet dimensions.

This racking system is compatible with reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and narrow-aisle forklifts, making it suitable for a wide range of warehouse operations.
