Our mechanical levelers provide a rugged, "workhorse" bridging solution. For higher efficiency in high-volume hubs, you may also consider our Hydraulic Dock Levelers for push-button convenience.
Capacities: 25,000 | 30,000 | 40,000 lbs (Dynamic)
Standard Widths: 6', 6.5', 7'
Standard Lengths: 6', 8', 10'
Key Feature: Multi-position safety legs & non-slip diamond tread deck.
High-tensile steel bridging solutions designed for 25,000 to 40,000 lbs capacities. Engineered for manual reliability without the need for electrical infrastructure.
Our mechanical dock levelers are manufactured in industry-standard dimensions to fit most existing concrete pits or new construction projects. Selecting the correct size ensures a safe slope for forklift operation.

To ensure the longevity of your leveler, we recommend the "2.5x Rule" for dynamic loading. The rated capacity should be at least 2.5 times the combined weight of your heaviest forklift and its maximum load.
Inspect pit for debris; check lip hinge and pins for proper lubrication.
Grease all fittings; check spring tension; inspect safety legs for damage.
Verify structural welds; recalibrate main spring counterbalance system.
1. Can these levelers be customized for non-standard pits?
Yes. While we offer 6', 6.5', and 7' widths, we can manufacture custom transition plates and frame modifications to fit older or non-standard concrete pits during warehouse retrofitting.
2. What is the difference between static and dynamic capacity?
Static capacity is the stationary weight the leveler supports. Our ratings (25k-40k lbs) are Dynamic, meaning they account for the impact and movement of a forklift driving over the deck.
3. Why choose a 10' length over a 6' length?
A longer 10' leveler provides a much shallower grade (slope), which is safer for low-clearance pallet jacks and reduces wear on forklift transmissions when bridging to high or low trailers.
