Push back racking system is a kind of First in last out storage system, which is suitable for storing goods with single variety, long shelf life and packed in pallets. The system is a high-density storage system, which can fully and efficiently utilize storage space, so the system can not only save space, but also save storage costs. In the same warehouse, the push back pallet rack system can store more goods than the general large shelf. The system does not need forklift to drive into the shelf, thus improving the operational safety of forklift operators.
Used push back racking has large storage capacity and high space utilization. It is suitable for the storage of small varieties and large quantities of goods. The mode of operation of first in first out racking system is the same side as that of import and export. The weight of single carrier goods is generally controlled within 1500kg and the height is generally controlled below 6m.
In push back racking, pallets are placed on a series of nested carts or trays that are mounted on inclined rails. When a new pallet is loaded onto the rack, it pushes the existing pallets back along the inclined rails, creating a "last in, first out" (LIFO) storage system. This means that the last pallet loaded onto the rack will be the first one to be unloaded.
The advantage of push back racking is that it allows for dense storage of goods while maintaining relatively easy access to each pallet. Since the system uses inclined rails, the force of gravity aids in moving the pallets, eliminating the need for complex machinery or forklifts to access the stored goods.
1.Suitable for forklift truck stock.
2.Suitable for small varieties, large quantities of goods, first-in-last-out mode of operation.
3.It is suitable for the situation that the space utilization ratio needs to be greatly improved, such as refrigeration depot.
