Components of Boltless Rivet Racking

The boltless rivet shelving system consists of uprights (posts), beams, shelving panels (typically made of MDF board, steel panel, or wire mesh decking), and plastic feet. The surface treatment for the beams and uprights is usually powder coating, although a galvanized finish is also available (note that a minimum order quantity [MOQ] is often required, typically exceeding 6 tons).

Some clients prefer laminated board shelving for its enhanced aesthetic appeal and durability in humid environments. However, it should be noted that laminated shelving carries a higher price compared to MDF shelving.

The loading capacity of this shelving system is generally classified as light duty, ranging from 50-200kg per level, occasionally reaching up to 250kg per level. Achieving the higher capacity requires thicker steel materials, with beams and uprights measuring up to 2.0mm in thickness.

This shelving solution finds application in various settings, including warehouse storage, parts storage, backroom storage, archive storage, basement storage, and garage storage.

3.Shelf steel laminate: cold rolled steel plate is used to bend the four sides according to the required size. Or we can use wood laminate according to customer's requirement.
4.The stand column and the steel laminate are connected and fixed by the snap pin and the triangular fixed piece.
5.After the parts are processed and formed, they are all polished, pickled, phosphated and fully automatic powder electrostatic spraying to form the finished edsal boltless rivet shelving products.
